New flights are being launched on 4 routes by Uzbekistan Airways

On January 28, a press conference was held with the participation of the leadership of "Uzbekistan Airways" JSC and representatives of the media, marking the 33rd anniversary of the company's establishment. According to officials, in the spring of 2025, 5 new aircraft will be brought in, and new flights will be launched in 4 directions. This was reported by Kun.uz.
They are:
- Tashkent – Madrid;
- Tashkent – Shenzhen;
- Fergana – Urumqi;
- Fergana – Delhi routes will be operated.
The opening of flights to China is also noted to coincide with the expected introduction of a visa-free regime between Uzbekistan and China in March-April.
The company also announced that it will purchase 14 Dreamliners from Boeing in 2029-2032. Currently, there is no additional information regarding their prices.
Furthermore, it was added that flights to Europe are being carried out only through Turkey and Azerbaijan, not through Russia.
