It is said that the incident occurred on February 14 in the Chinoz district of Tashkent region. The brother called his friends to tell them he had killed his sister. Thinking he was joking, his friends came to his house. However, he had indeed killed his sister. After that, they informed the police.

The deceased was born in 1995, while her brother was born in 1999. Neighbors reported that the corpse had been kept on the balcony of the house for a week. After killing his sister with a knife, the young man wrapped the body in a carpet.

According to neighbors, both the young man and their mother were well-behaved. The deceased woman had divorced with her two children and lived with her mother and brother in her parental home.
