The responsible employee of the health department, the chief engineer of the electricity supply department, and the deputy director of the school were detained by the State Security Service.
During an operational event conducted by the employees of the State Security Service's Tashkent city department in cooperation with the Department under the Prosecutor General's Office, the responsible employee of the Tashkent region Health Department was caught with material evidence while agreeing to sell medical supplies stored at the Special Medical Supply Base of the Department for 57,880 US dollars by falsifying documents for the buyer, having received 40,000 US dollars in advance.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against this individual under part 3 "a" of article 167 and part 1 of article 209 of the Criminal Code, and a preventive measure of detention has been applied.
In another case observed in the Jizzakh region, the chief engineer of the electricity supply department of the Jizzakh branch of the "Territorial Electric Networks" joint-stock company was caught with material evidence while colluding with the inspector of the district department of the "Energosavdo" enterprise, which belongs to this joint-stock company, to install a 400 kW transformer for the establishment of an electric vehicle charging station on the land plot located along the M-39 international highway, in exchange for 90 million soums for preparing all the necessary documents and connecting it to the network.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against these individuals under part 3 "v,g" of article 214 of the Criminal Code, and investigative actions are underway.
In another case recorded in the Jizzakh region, during an operational event conducted in cooperation with the State Security Service and the Department for Combating Economic Crimes, the deputy director of one of the general education schools in Namangan city was caught while demanding 20,000 US dollars in exchange for providing test questions and answers for exams that grant a national certificate for admission to higher education institutions in chemistry and biology, having received 8,000 US dollars and 156 million soums.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against this individual under part 4 "a" of article 25,168 of the Criminal Code, and investigative actions are underway.
