Imams and khatibs have been appointed in Samarkand, Surkhandarya, and Tashkent regions

On February 28, a video conference meeting was held under the chairmanship of the head of the Administration of Muslims of Uzbekistan, Mufti Shaykh Nuriddin Khaliknazar, with the participation of district and city chief imams and preachers operating in the Surkhandarya, Samarkand, and Tashkent regions. According to the press service of the administration, organizational issues were discussed at the meeting.

In particular, the chief imam and preacher of Surkhandarya region, Aliakbar domla Sayfuddinov, was relieved of his duties at his own request and remained in the position of imam and preacher of the "Hakim Termiziy" mosque in Termez city.

Rasuljon domla Abdullayev, who has been working as the chief imam of Termez city and the imam of the "Manguzar" mosque, was appointed as the representative of the Administration of Muslims of Uzbekistan in Surkhandarya region and the chief imam of the region.

Additionally, Ahmadxon qori Alimov, who has been serving as the imam and preacher at the "Oltintepa" mosque in the Mirzo Ulugbek district of Tashkent city, was appointed as the representative of the Administration of Muslims of Uzbekistan in Samarkand region and the chief imam of the region.

Yoqubjon domla Mansurov, who has been temporarily fulfilling the duties of the representative of the Administration of Muslims of Uzbekistan in Samarkand region, was retained as the deputy chief imam and the imam of the "Khoja Ahrori Vali" mosque in Samarkand district.

Jasurbek domla Raupov, the representative of the Administration of Muslims of Uzbekistan in Tashkent region, was also relieved of his duties at his own request and remained in the position of imam and preacher of the "Zangiota" mosque in Zangiota district.

Doniyor domla Ikromov, who has been serving as the chief imam of Tashkent district and the imam of the "Hasanboy ota" mosque in this district, was appointed as the representative of the Administration of Muslims of Uzbekistan in Tashkent region and the chief imam of the region
