The debt was collected for the benefit of the enterprise in Qorao‘zak

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan filed a lawsuit against the Qorao‘zak district administration to collect debts on behalf of "Xalqabad Cotton Cleaning" JSC.

The inter-district economic court of Chimboy satisfied this lawsuit and issued a decision to collect 903.1 million soums from the debtor, the Qorao‘zak district administration, in favor of "Xalqabad Cotton Cleaning" JSC.

The enforcement document issued based on this decision was received by the Bureau of Mandatory Enforcement in the Qorao‘zak district, and the department staff began enforcement actions.

In particular, it was explained to the chief accountant of the debtor Qorao‘zak district administration that the execution of the court decision must be ensured within the time frame specified by the legislation, and the consequences of failing to ensure its execution were clarified.

As a result, on February 7 of this year, the debt of over 903.1 million soums was fully collected, and these funds were transferred to the account of "Xalqabad Cotton Cleaning" JSC.
