The decision of the inter-district civil court of Uchtepa district was received by the Tashkent city Mandatory Enforcement Bureau. According to this decision, a total of more than 185.5 million soums was collected from the individual entrepreneur named "M.S.G." in favor of the Shaykhontohur branch of "Ipak Yo'li" bank.
Due to the individual entrepreneur's failure to pay the debt on time, his apartment located in the Sergeli-5 area was seized as a forced collection measure. After ignoring warnings for three months, the entrepreneur eventually paid the full amount of the debt and submitted a copy of the payment confirmation document to the capital's Mandatory Enforcement Bureau.
Based on this, the enforcement case was canceled
