During the event, the deputy mayor of Khonobod city and his accomplice — the head of an alcoholic beverage store were detained. They were caught while accepting 20 thousand US dollars.
This money had been pre-prepared with a special chemical substance. It was revealed that in exchange for this amount, they promised to assist the entrepreneur in winning an auction for a 4-hectare land plot.
On this land plot, the entrepreneur planned to establish the production of mattresses, foam cardboard, and children's diapers. Currently, a criminal case has been initiated regarding this situation, and investigative actions are underway.
