A video that spread on social media in Kashkadarya region shows a driver dragging several people who clung to the car on the ground. This was reported by Upl.uz.
Although citizens tried to stop the car, the driver continued to move without reducing speed. The Internal Affairs Department of Kashkadarya region provided an official comment on the incident.
According to reports, the incident occurred on July 8 around 14:30 in the Mirishkor district. The conflict arose between citizens R.L., K.S.
and local entrepreneur E.I.
As a result of the altercation, R.L. and K.S.
attempted to leave the scene in a Nexia-3 model car. At that moment, E.I.
and his relatives tried to stop the car, but the driver did not reduce speed and dragged those who clung to the vehicle on the ground. As a result, the driver fled the scene.
Currently, the Internal Affairs Department of Mirishkor district is conducting preliminary investigative actions regarding the incident. Law enforcement agencies are working to clarify all the details of the incident and determine the culpability of those involved in the conflict.
