Laport is only accepting Athletic Bilbao's offer

Emeric Laporte, the central defender of Al-Nasr, wants to return to Athletic Bilbao. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The Saudi club is ready to let go of the 31-year-old player, but Laporte is only interested in moving to Athletic. He played for this team at the beginning of his career.

According to famous football insider Fabrizio Romano, Laporte is rejecting all other offers and is eager to join the Basque club. However, negotiations between the clubs are complicated, and no agreement has been reached so far.

Emeric Laporte transferred from Manchester City to Al-Nasr in the summer of 2023. His current contract is valid until mid-2026.

According to Transfermarkt, his transfer value is approximately 15 million euros. Laporte's return to Athletic could be an important event for football fans and the team, but no definite decision has been made on this matter yet.

Negotiations between the club and the player are ongoing.
