Goalkeeper Ederson was not included in the squad for the match between Manchester City and Wolverhampton that took place on Saturday. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

His absence from the field is speculated to be related to the Brazilian player's possible transfer to the Turkish club Galatasaray. It is known that Galatasaray has shown serious interest in this player.

However, Manchester City head coach Josep Guardiola explained Ederson's absence at the press conference by stomach-related issues. Following this statement, Guardiola was criticized on social media.

The Goal portal gathered fans' opinions and reported that they accused Guardiola of lying. According to them, Ederson was not included in the squad because he is expected to leave the team soon.

In the match, Manchester City defeated Wolverhampton 4-0.
