He signed a coaching contract with "Morecambe," a club playing in England's fifth strongest league. Ashvir is considered an experienced specialist in his field.
He has worked for the past ten years at the youth academy of the "Leicester" club. In 2022, he served as assistant coach to Kolo Toure at "Wigan," a club that played in England's Championship league.
At the new club, he replaces Derek Adams. The coaching change is related to the change of club owners.
