Kunya will miss Brazil national team due to injury

Manchester United striker Mateus Kunya will not be able to participate in the Brazil national team's training camps in September. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The 26-year-old player left the field in the 31st minute of the Premier League match against Burnley due to a muscle injury. After consultations with doctors and national team specialists, it was decided that he should stay in England during the international break.

Therefore, Mateus Kunya will miss the World Cup qualifying matches against the Chile and Bolivia national teams. These matches will take place on September 5 and 10.

Mateus Kunya transferred from Wolverhampton to Manchester United at the beginning of the current season, with a transfer fee of 74 million euros. His addition to the team was a significant strengthening.

The team and fans are hoping for his speedy recovery and return to the field.
