Madrid's Atletico club recently announced that they will add forward Niko Gonzalez to their squad. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

Famous journalist Fabrizio Romano stated on social media that the "mattress makers" have reached an agreement to loan the 27-year-old Argentine player from Juventus. The contract includes a purchase option worth 33 million euros.

This option becomes mandatory if the player participates in a certain number of matches for Atletico. Niko Gonzalez played 40 official games for Juventus.

In these games, he scored five goals and provided effective assists to four teammates. This transfer will help strengthen the Madrid club's attacking line.

The agreement between the club and the player is expected to be finalized in the coming days.
