Milan will pay 15 million euros to Liverpool for Jo Gomez

Central defender Jo Gomez is close to transferring from Liverpool to Milan. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The clubs have almost agreed on the transfer terms. According to journalist Nicolo Schira, this deal will cost the "Rossoneri" 15 million euros.

The 28-year-old player will sign a contract with the Serie A major club until mid-2029. Jo Gomez has been representing Liverpool since 2015.

The English footballer has played a total of 243 matches in all tournaments, and although he has not scored any goals, he has assisted his teammates ten times. Previously, it was assumed that the "Merseyside" club would allow Gomez to be sold after purchasing Mark Gehi from Crystal Palace.

This transfer is regarded as the opening of a new chapter in the player's career.
