
The German football club Bayer Leverkusen has decided not to terminate the contract with head coach Erik ten Hag despite poor results in the Bundesliga at the start of the new season. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to insider Florian Plettenberg, who shared the information on social media, the management of the German club has decided not to end the current contract with the Dutch specialist in the near future. The contract between the parties is valid until 2027.
Under Erik ten Hag's leadership, the Leverkusen team has participated in three matches. One of them ended in a victory, one in a defeat, and another in a draw.
The team currently occupies 14th place in the Bundesliga table this season. The management and coaches will continue working on further developing the team and improving results.
