Artist Mikhail Grushevskiy, who supports the capital's CSKA team, expressed his opinion about Milorad Majich, the head of the referees department of the Russian Football Union. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
Grushevskiy negatively assessed the appointment of referee Shafeev for the match between CSKA and Krasnodar teams. According to him, this is a major mistake by the leadership of the Russian Football Union, as they are responsible for the work of the refereeing corps.
Grushevskiy called Majich a "human-shaped umbrella" and emphasized that he does not understand the meaning of his activity. Additionally, he added that the previous head of the referees department was more active and regularly provided comments on the matches held.
Currently, after the seventh round in the Russian Premier League standings, CSKA is in second place with 15 points. Krasnodar is leading with 16 points.
