Karpin criticized the salary cap in Russian football

In this system, the main rules for budget formation are established, and players' incomes are published as open information. Players sign contracts with the leagues, not with the clubs.

Each club can have three players whose incomes may exceed the established limit. This arrangement aims to maintain financial balance between players and clubs.

Thus, the issue of introducing a salary cap should be considered carefully and is complex for open leagues.
