Donnarumma took number 25 at Manchester City

Manchester City's new goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma will play under the number 25. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

Previously, this number was worn by defender Manuel Akanji, who had earlier transferred to Inter club. Donnarumma previously played for Milan and PSG teams.

Last season, he won four trophies with PSG, including the French championship title and the UEFA Champions League trophy. Donnarumma will compete with young goalkeeper James Trafford to defend Manchester City's goal.

Trafford transferred to his hometown club last summer from Burnley. Also, Manchester City recently officially parted ways with an experienced midfielder.

The team continues preparing for the new season and aims to achieve high results with a strong squad. Donnarumma's arrival will help further strengthen Manchester City's goalkeeper lineup.
