Sampaoli returned as head coach of Atletico Mineiro

Argentine specialist Jorge Sampaoli has started working in the Brazilian championship. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The 65-year-old coach's new team is the club Atletico Mineiro, according to the club's press service. The contract between Sampaoli and the Brazilian team is scheduled until the end of 2027.

It is worth noting that the Argentine specialist has previously managed the Atletico Mineiro team. This season, the team has not been able to show good results in the Brazilian championship.

Sampaoli's trainees have played 20 games and accumulated 24 points. As a result, Atletico Mineiro is currently only in 14th place in the tournament table.

The team coach and the club are making additional efforts to improve this difficult situation. This gives hope for positive changes in the results in the upcoming matches.
