Khimki team delayed bankruptcy court again

The case to recognize the Moscow region's "Khimki" football team as bankrupt is being delayed. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to "Match TV," the Arbitration Court has scheduled a new hearing for this case on September 9. In the previous court session, the application to recognize the "red-black" team as bankrupt was rejected due to incorrect documentation.

Last season, "Khimki" finished 12th in the Russian championship. Due to financial problems, the club was unable to obtain a license and initiated bankruptcy proceedings.

Additionally, it became known that FIFA will not consider the application regarding debts owed to "Khimki" players and staff. This situation negatively affects the club's activities and leaves the team's future uncertain.

The continuation of the court process and resolving financial issues are of great importance for the club.
