Slutskiy: Spartak will finish the season in 3rd-6th place

Former head coach of Moscow CSKA, Leonid Slutskiy, who is currently working in the Chinese championship, shared his opinion about Spartak's participation in the current season of the Russian Premier League. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to him, the current Spartak team may finish the season in 3rd to 6th place. The team's lineup will prevent them from falling below sixth place, but the chance of moving above third place is low.

He expressed this opinion on the YouTube channel "Bu futbol, aka!". Currently, after seven rounds of the Premier League, Spartak, led by Dejan Stankovic, has collected 11 points and holds sixth place in the competition table.

The red and white team is five points behind Krasnodar. In the next match, Spartak Moscow will play away against Dinamo.

This derby will take place on September 13 at the VTB Arena stadium.
