Karpin Safonov criticized being excluded from PSG list

The football club PSG ignored goalkeeper Matvey Safonov in the list of players participating in their national teams. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

Valery Karpin, head coach of the Russian national team, was invited to comment on this issue. According to Karpin, this is an incorrect situation.

He emphasized that there is a discrepancy between the words of UEFA President Aleksandr Ceferin and the actions being taken. This situation is unfortunate, but instead of complaining, the situation should be accepted, he said.

These remarks were cited by the "Match TV" website. On September 4 of this year, Thursday, the Russian national team will host the Jordan national team in a friendly match at home under the BetBoom banner.

The text broadcast of this match will be provided by the LiveResult portal. The referee will give the starting signal for the match at 20:00 at the Lukoil Arena stadium in Moscow.
