Spain defeated Bulgaria on the field

The Spanish national team started the World Cup qualifying stage very successfully. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

Their play was so good that the World Cup competition is already certain to be exciting. As the European champion, Spain is considered one of the main contenders for victory in the World Cup as well.

So far, they defeated Bulgaria 3-0 on their home ground. The score does not fully reflect the team's dominance, as the Spaniards had opportunities to score 6-7 goals.

The "Red Fury" once again showed that Bulgaria has not been able to participate in international competitions since 2004. Let's analyze who was responsible for Spain's easy victory over their opponent on their own field.

The "Euro-football.ru" website evaluated the game and rated the players under Luis de la Fuente on a 10-point scale. The goal scorers in the match were: Oyarzabal (5th minute), Cucurella (30th minute), and Merino (38th minute).

On the Bulgarian team, several players were on the field, but they did not show reliable play. Martin Subimendi was recognized as the third best player.

He showed an excellent performance in central midfield, disrupted Bulgaria's second pace, moved freely, assisted the first goal, and created two more dangerous situations. Mikel Merino was rated 8.5 points.

He scored a goal using Subimendi's pass and was active on the field, striking the goal four times. Pedri stood out as the game's controller with 8.5 points.

He was active in every part of the field, completed 120 accurate passes, created two dangerous situations, and fully controlled the game. Overall, the Spanish team achieved a clear superiority over their opponent with their high technique, excellent tactics, and team play.

These results increase their chances of success in the World Cup. We hope the next matches of the qualifying stage will continue at such a high level.
