Following an investigation, the 34-year-old footballer was found guilty of deliberately receiving a yellow card. According to sources, the player was fined 9,425 euros and suspended for 12 matches.

Additionally, he faces the risk of imprisonment from 2 to 6 months. The Brazilian Football Confederation's monitoring system revealed that Bruno Henrique's brother, sister-in-law, and nephew opened accounts on a betting site one day before the match and placed bets on the player receiving a yellow card in the game between Flamengo and Santos.

This incident was classified as illegal activity in match organization, and appropriate measures were taken. The decision of the Brazilian sports court is regarded as an important step towards ensuring fairness and integrity in the field of football.
