The Saudi Arabian team lost 2-3 to Kawasaki Frontale in the semi-final. After the match, Al-Nasr's star captain Cristiano Ronaldo posted on social media.

Currently 40 years old, Cristiano Ronaldo's existing contract with Al-Nasr is set to expire at the end of June. The Portuguese forward is expected to renew his contract soon.
