Fenerbahce explains Spalletti's rejection response

Fenerbahce club president Ali Koch announced that their first choice for the head coach position was Luciano Spalletti. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The club continues to search for a new coach to lead the team. After the previous coach Jose Mourinho was dismissed, the team is looking for a new leader.

Recently, the famous Italian coach Luciano Spalletti declined this offer and stated that he would not return to work this season. According to Ali Koch, since the team has many foreign players, appointing a foreign specialist with European experience is appropriate.

The club is in contact with several candidates, and the name of the new coach will be announced soon. It is worth noting that in June, Luciano Spalletti was relieved of his duties as head coach of the Italy national team.
