Fernando Gago's tenure at Argentina's Boca Juniors has come to an end. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

This occurred after the team’s 1-2 loss to River Plate. Following this match, Boca's management analyzed the team's situation and determined that the former Real Madrid player was unable to stabilize it.

Subsequently, the club announced in an official statement that they had parted ways with the coach. Mariano Erron will temporarily take over his position, according to Diario Ole.

However, Gustavo Quinteros, who is currently not engaged in any job, is likely to take over this role later. There is no information yet about Fernando Gago’s future plans.

The club's management is striving to lead the team to new heights under the guidance of a new coach.
