Bernardo Silva: Liverpool and Arsenal favorites

Manchester City team captain Bernardo Silva spoke about which teams are the main contenders for the championship in the current English Premier League season. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

Last season, the "Citizens" finished in third place, behind Liverpool and Arsenal. According to the Portuguese midfielder, the "Reds" and the "Gunners" will again be the main rivals for the championship.

As Bernardo Silva emphasized, Liverpool and Arsenal are considered favorites at the start of the current season, but the season is still just beginning. Last season, many considered Manchester City the favorite, Arsenal was also mentioned, but Liverpool became the champion.

There is no point in talking much about chances at the beginning of the season. The Premier League cannot be won before February; only the chance can be lost.

On Sunday, Manchester City will play an away match against Arsenal in the fifth round.
