Former "Lokomotiv" team goalkeeper Gilerme Marinato shared his thoughts on the long-lasting career of Moscow "CSKA" team goalkeeper Igor Akinfeev. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

He considers it natural that Akinfeev plays well despite his age. The goalkeeper position allows a player to have a long career, said Gilerme.

The Brazilian footballer admitted that he wanted to continue his career but his health did not allow it. Gilerme spent most of his professional career from 2007 to 2014 at Moscow "Lokomotiv".
