Miranchuk criticized the suspension of the Russian national team

Russian national team midfielder Aleksey Miranchuk expressed his opinion about the suspension from international competitions. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

UEFA and FIFA made this decision in February 2022. According to Miranchuk, the team has not been playing at a high level for a long time, and the current situation is troubling them.

It is very unfortunate for them not to be able to participate in international competitions. The World Cup is approaching, but it is difficult to say much about it.

The Russian national team can currently only play friendly matches. Last October, Valery Karpin's squad defeated Iran 2-1 and won against Bolivia with a large score of 3-0.

These victories helped boost the team's morale. Nevertheless, due to international restrictions, the national team's opportunities are limited.

Fans and experts of the team are hoping for a quick resolution of this situation.
