Lineker: Criticizing Vinicius is unfair

Famous English footballer Gary Lineker responded to the comments made by Jose Mourinho in his recent interview. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This was reported by euro-football.ru. It is known that the Portuguese coach openly expressed his dissatisfaction with Real Madrid forward Vinicius Junior's style of celebrating a goal after a Champions League match.
Mourinho shared his criticism regarding the goal celebration style during a conversation with journalists. However, Vinicius himself highlighted that he was subjected to racial abuse by Benfica player Giancuca Prestiani in that situation.
Lineker expressed a strong opinion on this matter and criticized Mourinho. According to him, it is natural for players to celebrate when they score a goal, but blaming them for it is wrong.
In Lineker's view, a footballer should not have to consider avoiding racism when choosing how to celebrate. "Blaming Vinicius in such a situation is illogical and unfair," said Lineker.
His remarks were published by Madrid Zone. Vinicius Junior scored the only goal in this match.
