Silvio Berlusconi: The initiator of a new era in Milan's history

Italy's "Milan" football club commemorated an important event in its history. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

On February 20, 1986, Silvio Berlusconi purchased the club, marking the beginning of a new era in its development. At that time, "Milan" was trying to overcome a serious crisis.

This was reported by euro-football.ru. After Berlusconi took over the club, Arrigo Sacchi was appointed as head coach.

Sacchi fundamentally transformed "Milan" and initiated its successful period. During nearly 30 years under Berlusconi's leadership, "Milan" won 29 trophies.

Among them were 8 Italian championships (Scudetto), 5 Champions League victories, and many other achievements. This historic date was also recalled by club legend Paolo Maldini.

Maldini was playing in the club when Berlusconi bought "Milan" and later became a direct participant in the team's brightest years. Thus, Silvio Berlusconi is remembered as a person who left an unforgettable mark in Milan's history.
