- No, there is no secret. The goal of my players coming onto the field is the same - to show beautiful football, to play for the fans. Each of my students wants to contribute to the game.
- What do you think about the need to open a course for referees prepared by former players to improve the level of football refereeing? Referees like Nikita Mustafin, Rustam Lutfullin, Asker Najafaliyev have not played football before. Those who have played football know what decisions to make. What do you think about this proposal?
- Thank you for the question. I think there shouldn't be a man in Uzbekistan who hasn't played football. Everyone has played football, but for some reasons, they couldn't continue due to injuries or other reasons. They might have attended football schools. I have heard that a referees' academy has been opened, which is a step forward in this regard. This will yield results in the future and produce good referees. I didn't understand exactly why you asked this question. A referee should not lose control during the game.
They have special supervisors, a committee that monitors the referees, and mentors who teach them. They are also human, everyone makes mistakes in this life except for those who do not work. Therefore, I cannot judge referees, even opposing players; I can only evaluate the players in my team. The more players and referees there are, the happier we are. If they referee on international fields, our flag will be raised high, and we will watch the games supporting them.
- The goalkeeper made a mistake while coming out for the ball during the "Qo‘qon-1912" goal. What is your opinion on this situation?
- Goalkeepers also develop through such games. As I said, every person makes mistakes. He has made mistakes before as well. In one or two situations, he should have come out in front of the defenders. This situation should have been a signal for him. All players try to learn from their mistakes in such games and work to eliminate them in future matches.
