"Al-Nasr" football club head coach Jorge Jesus explained that Cristiano Ronaldo will not participate in the next match. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

This was reported by euro-football.ru. The Ar-Riyadh team will play against the "Arkadag" club on Wednesday within the framework of the OFC Champions League.

Earlier, it was announced that the Portuguese star striker Cristiano Ronaldo is expected to return to the field soon. However, he will not participate in this match either.

According to Jorge Jesus, considering the tough schedule, the team decided to give rest to Ronaldo and several other key players. The coach linked this decision to the important upcoming match against the "Al-Fateh" club.

According to him, giving Ronaldo such rest is a usual practice, as he has previously missed some matches outside Saudi Arabia. The Saudi Pro League match between "Al-Fateh" and "Al-Nasr" is scheduled to take place on Saturday, February 14.

This match is of great importance for the team.
