Bernardu Silva leaves Manchester City in summer

Bernardu Silva may leave Manchester City at the end of the current season. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

This was reported by euro-football.ru. According to the information, the "Citizens" are not planning to extend the contract with the Portuguese midfielder.

Therefore, the 31-year-old player is expected to become a free agent in the summer. Several clubs, including Portugal's Benfica, have shown interest in him.

Representatives of Benfica have already started negotiations with the player. Additionally, major clubs such as Barcelona, PSG, Juventus, and Galatasaray are closely monitoring the situation.

It is worth recalling that Bernardu Silva transferred from Monaco to Manchester City in 2017 for 50 million euros. This season, he has played 36 matches in all competitions, scoring 2 goals and providing 5 assists.

Moreover, Silva is a product of Benfica's youth academy, where he began his football career.
