Mario Rui continues his career in the UAE third league

Former defender Mario Rui, who played for the Italian club Napoli, has decided to continue his career in the Middle East. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

The Portuguese footballer signed a contract with "Forte Virtus," a team participating in the third league of the United Arab Emirates. This was reported by euro-football.ru.

Before joining the new team, Mario Rui successfully passed a medical examination and was officially confirmed by the club. He had not played for a year after leaving Napoli at the end of 2024.

Now he is returning to football. There are other players who have played in Serie A in the "Forte Virtus" squad.
