Uzbekistani judokas won 8 medals in Antalya

The "Millennium Team Cadet European Cup 2026" international tournament taking place in Antalya, Turkey, has started successfully for young Uzbek judokas. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
On the first day of the competition, despite strong competition, members of our national team managed to win a total of 8 medals. During the tournament, Iroda Sirojiddinova, Charos Hikmatova, and Bobur Yusupov defeated all their opponents in their weight categories and climbed to the highest step of the podium.
In honor of their victory, the national anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan was played on Turkish soil. Additionally, our team earned 2 more silver and 3 bronze medals.
According to the press service of the Uzbekistan Judo Federation, the silver medals were won by Shohjahon Usmonov and Akromjon Karimov. The bronze medals went to Alina Kolyucheva, Ma'murjon Abduvahobov, and Davlatbek Ahrorov.
These achievements of our young athletes inspire great confidence ahead of upcoming international competitions. These results open significant opportunities for Uzbek judokas and raise hopes for their even more successful participation on the international stage.
