The national team footballers are training in Tashkent under the supervision of coaches.

Rustam Ashurmatov and Oston Orunov, members of the Uzbekistan national team, are currently staying in our country due to the situation in Iran. Zamin.uz reported on this.
The footballers are not wasting time and continue to hold regular training sessions in Tashkent under the supervision of the national team coaching staff. This information was announced by Narzulla Saydullayev, head of the national team press service.
The main goal for the athletes during this period is very clear and important. Their aim is to maintain physical fitness until FIFA match days, avoid losing their form, and arrive fully prepared for upcoming camps.
Every day leading up to each competition holds its own significance, especially when match practice within the team has temporarily halted, making this particularly important. It should be noted that due to the situation in Iran, local championship matches have been temporarily suspended.
Therefore, like many other foreign players, Ashurmatov and Orunov were forced to continue their preparation process under different conditions. Their training in Tashkent is considered the most appropriate way to adapt to this unique situation.
For your information, the Uzbekistan national team will participate in international competitions to be held in Tashkent next month in March. Our team is expecting two interesting and strong opponents at this gathering.
Our national team will face the Gabon and Venezuela national teams. Thus, all training sessions currently being conducted constitute the most important part of preparation for these serious matches.
In conclusion, regardless of the situation, footballers are working hard to develop themselves and maintain their form. This preparation continuing under the supervision of coaches increases the opportunity for the national team to enter the competition in "ready" condition.
This process clearly demonstrates the responsibility of both the athletes and the coaching team. Source: One.uz
