Neftchi became the Uzbekistan Super Cup holder for the first time

In this crucial match, the current Super League champion Neftchi defeated the country's cup holder Pakhtakor, becoming the first-ever Super Cup winner in their history. The players from Fergana scored a goal in the seventh minute thanks to Brazilian midfielder Ratinio and, following that breakthrough, successfully defended their lead until the end of the game.
At the conclusion of the match, Neftchi emerged victorious with a 1-0 scoreline. This victory is not merely the result of a single game for the Fergana team but represents the fruit of long-standing aspirations and hard work.
Although the team had previously reached the final eight times, they had missed their opportunity on six occasions. Today, however, the Tigers have opened a new chapter in their club's history by securing their first Super Cup.
Both sides demonstrated great struggle throughout the match, but Neftchi managed to maintain control from start to finish. The goal scored by Ratinio proved to be the decisive factor for the entire tournament.
