Abduqodir Husanov was named the best player of Manchester City club

A new and bright page is opening in the history of Uzbekistan football. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

Member of our national team and a reliable representative of the Manchester City defense, Abduqodir Husanov, continues his successful career in England. According to Zamin.uz, our compatriot stands out among the stars of world football with his productive play.

According to a poll conducted at the end of March, Abduqodir Husanov was named the best player of Manchester City club. Notably, the Uzbek defender managed to leave behind world-renowned footballers such as Rodri and Jeremy Doku in this pursuit.

This is Abduqodir's second individual award of the current season, having also been recognized as the club's top player in January. Until now, no other player in Manchester City has been awarded the title of best player of the month twice within a single season.

While stars like Erling Haaland, Phil Foden, and Jeremy Doku have each received this honor once since August, Husanov has reached the peak for a second time, solidifying his place in the team. Upon receiving the award, Abduqodir once again demonstrated his calm and modest character in an interview with the club's press service.

He emphasized that he considers all the players in his team close friends and noted that he has grown accustomed to the weather conditions in Manchester. Naming his family as his greatest source of inspiration, the defender called the victory in the English League Cup the most brilliant event of his career.

Our twenty-two-year-old defender has become a central figure in Pep Guardiola's tactical plans. This season, he appeared in thirty matches across all competitions, playing the majority of them in the starting lineup.

His reliable actions on the field are earning not only the admiration of fans but also the high trust of one of the world's strongest coaches. Abduqodir Husanov's successes are taking the prestige of Uzbek football on the international stage to a new level.

We wish our talented footballer only victories in future matches. Dear football fans, how do you evaluate Abduqodir's performance at the English club?

Do you think he can become the best player of the year next season?
