Jose Mourinho sharply criticized the activities of Tottenham club

Mourinho attributed this situation to a lack of stability at the club. In his opinion, Tottenham has not developed the winning mentality characteristic of a truly great club.
On the contrary, constant failures are observed here, hidden under a mask of achieving success. The practice of constantly changing coaches never leads to stable and high results.
In particular, dismissing a coach just before the most important final matches and then being surprised by the lack of expected results is a logically incorrect approach. According to One.uz, the experienced coach emphasized that the problem is not always with the coaches, but rather in the club's internal culture and the decisions made by the management.
If there is no strong system and clear strategy in the club, no amount of talented players can save the team. Mourinho added that talent is worth nothing without character and openly stated that these two crucial factors are exactly what Tottenham lacks.
As a reminder, five years ago, Mourinho was dismissed from this very club just days before the League Cup final. At that time, the team took the field in the decisive match against Manchester City, suffered a minimal defeat, and remained without a trophy.
