Uzbekistan hockey players achieved historic victories at the world championship

The Uzbekistan national team, currently competing in the third division of Group B of the World Hockey Championship, is recording very high results. Zamin.uz reported on this.
In a short period, our athletes have scored a total of 88 goals, becoming one of the most efficient and strongest teams in the tournament. The Uzbek hockey players managed to achieve confident and large-scale victories in all four matches they played.
Our team defeated Mongolia 26:1, the Philippines 28:3, North Korea 20:3, and Luxembourg 14:0. These results clearly demonstrate the level of preparation and dominance of the national team on the ice.
In particular, a new tournament record was set in the game against Luxembourg. It is worth noting that previously, the record for the most goals scored within one championship belonged to the Kyrgyzstan team.
They had set the record by scoring 76 goals in 2023. Now, this high indicator has been recorded in the name of Uzbekistan.
Another important clash awaits our national team ahead. The Uzbek hockey players will take the ice against the Hong Kong national team.
This game is of great importance for strengthening their position in the tournament table. It is reported that the team that takes first place in Group B will advance to the next stage, Group A.
Currently, the confident play and high efficiency shown by the Uzbekistan national team give great hope for achieving this goal. Source: One.uz
