Israel Madrimov lost to Vergil Ortiz in the fight for the WBC Interim title

Uzbekistani's Isroil Madrimov stepped into the ring during a professional boxing evening taking place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
In the super welterweight category, Isroil Madrimov faced WBC Interim champion, American Verjil Ortiz.
The 12-round championship fight went the full distance, and Verjil Ortiz won by unanimous decision from the judges (117-111, 115-113, 115-113), retaining his title.
