The future of Ukrainian goalkeeper Andrey Lunin at Madrid's "Real" club is currently unclear. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to the sports portal Sportskeeda, the 26-year-old goalkeeper is considering changing clubs this summer. His main goal is to ensure regular playing time.
Among the possible options for Lunin's career continuation is the "Manchester United" club. The English club is interested in strengthening the goalkeeper position due to Andrey Onana's inconsistent performances.
Onana has faced criticism several times since his transfer from "Inter." According to the source, "Manchester United" has already made a transfer offer. The offer amounts to 15 million euros.
However, "Real" expects to receive around 20 million euros for the player. Last season, Lunin played 14 matches for "Real" in all competitions, keeping a clean sheet 6 times and conceding 19 goals.
Currently, no clear decision has been made regarding his role and future in the team. The club and the player are trying to choose the most favorable option through negotiations.
The opportunity for Lunin to play regularly is considered important. Therefore, he is striving to find the best conditions to continue his career.
