PSG and Bournemouth clubs are continuing negotiations for the transfer of Ukrainian defender Ilya Zabarniy. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
However, so far the parties have not been able to agree on the transfer price, journalist Fabriz Hawkins reported on his social media pages. PSG is ready to pay 60 million euros for the player, but Bournemouth is demanding at least 70 million euros.
The 22-year-old Ukrainian player wants to continue his career at the Paris club. Earlier, there were reports that Russian goalkeeper Matvey Safonov might leave the club on the condition of Zabarniy's transfer to PSG.
At the same time, the club management emphasized that players are professionals and should have a good relationship within the team. The possibility of Safonov returning to Bournemouth is also being mentioned in the media, as the Bournemouth club needs a goalkeeper.
Negotiations are ongoing, and the parties are trying to reach an agreement in the near future. This transfer is considered important for both clubs, and decisive decisions are being made regarding the player's future.
