Tesla is hiring foreigners instead of American workers

A lawsuit has been filed against Tesla in the United States. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

The lawsuit claims that the company is prioritizing hiring more foreign workers instead of American employees. According to statistical data, in 2024 Tesla hired over 1300 visa holders while laying off more than 6000 local workers.

The plaintiffs, mainly programmers and HR specialists, emphasize that the company's citizenship-based hiring policy is unfair. They believe that Tesla prefers such foreign employees due to the lower salaries paid to them.

So far, Tesla has not officially responded to these claims. The plaintiffs are demanding that the company compensate the American workers who lost their jobs.

This situation is regarded as an important issue from the perspective of workers' rights and labor legislation.
