Mozilla is introducing a new feature in the Firefox browser. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
From now on, users will be able to create profiles. This new feature allows for the creation of separate internet environments for work activities, personal life, or other types of activities.
Each profile functions as a distinct browser window and is assigned a unique avatar, color, and theme. This makes it easier to distinguish between profiles.
Each profile stores its own cookies and history data separately, with no mixing between profiles. Previously, Firefox allowed separation of site history and cookie data using the "Containers" extension, but the new profile feature makes this process more convenient.
According to The Verge, the profiles feature in Firefox is similar to that in Google Chrome, but unlike Chrome, it does not require creating multiple email accounts. Mozilla representatives emphasize that clearly separating different online roles helps save the user's mental energy and protects against unexpected situations.
For example, it prevents vacation plans from interfering with work-related presentations. This new feature provides convenience for effectively managing work and personal life.
