Copilot is launching without user in Windows 11
According to Wylsa.com, the Copilot artificial intelligence assistant is automatically launching in Windows 11 without the consent of some users.

The developer of the REKT Wallet cryptocurrency wallet on GitHub stated that Copilot activated itself while Visual Studio Code was open, accessing all open windows and possessing personal files, API keys, YAML secrets, and security certificates.

Reddit users have also reported that despite having completely disabled Copilot before, the latest update of Windows 11 has reactivated it. Microsoft may have "accidentally" changed privacy settings.

Interestingly, completely disabling Copilot is also difficult: it can only be temporarily paused through PowerShell. However, it will return in the next update unless Microsoft removes it again.
