New GPT-5.4 Model from OpenAI Accidentally Leaked

According to Rozetked, the new GPT-5.4 model by OpenAI may have been accidentally revealed. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Information about this model appeared on social networks and the GitHub platform. Users speculate that OpenAI might skip the GPT-5.3 version and directly release GPT-5.4.
This was caused by spelling errors left in the company's materials. The events unfolded as follows: through code changes on GitHub, developers revealed that the neural network is being enabled to process images in their original form without compression.
The PiunikaWeb portal initially noted that the description mentioned support for "GPT-5.4 and newer" models. Soon after, this mistake was identified and the text was changed to GPT-5.3-Codex.
Additionally, screenshots showing the GPT-5.4 model appearing in the standard selection menu circulated online. It is worth noting that the current GPT-5.3-Codex version was released just two weeks ago, on February 5.
