"Gemini" AI system is outpacing ChatGPT in the competition

Every great victory and successful journey begins with hardship, trials, and relentless effort. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
When the Gemini chatbot—one of the leading brands in the world of artificial intelligence—took its first steps, it gave the impression of being left behind in failure and disappointment, as if luck had abandoned it. But time, as the ultimate judge, has spoken.
Today, thanks to the accuracy, precision, and speed of the information it provides, Gemini is not only catching up with its main rival, the ChatGPT system, but is beginning to surpass it. This indicates that in the near future, this system will become the closest and most constant digital companion for every internet user.
Just two years ago, a formidable and frightening rival emerged on the global technological stage, casting dark shadows over the future of Google—the company long regarded as the king of the internet. In its desperate bid to catch up with the product of OpenAI, which had turned the entire technology world upside down, the search giant hastily placed its still-unrefined, raw artificial intelligence prominently on its homepage.
But the cost of haste was high. By offering users illogical advice—such as eating rocks for health or putting glue on pizza—Google embarrassed itself before the world, damaging its reputation.
At that time, many analysts concluded that Google was witnessing the final days of its long-standing dominance over the internet.
But today, the picture has completely changed.
Google is no longer merely a follower in the field of artificial intelligence—it has become an absolute leader, utterly overwhelming its rivals. This is one of the finest examples of how quickly fortunes can shift in Silicon Valley.
Recently, at the traditional Google I/O developer conference, the company’s leadership unveiled a major global update.
Over the past year, the number of active users of the Gemini chatbot has more than doubled, reaching nine hundred million people.
This figure now matches the number of active users of OpenAI’s ChatGPT system. Moreover, it is nearly thirty times higher than the metrics of Anthropic’s Claude chatbot, which primarily serves large businesses and corporations.
Unlike other companies that have spent vast sums on developing AI algorithms and data processing centers, yet so far have reaped little benefit or even incurred losses, Google is using this technology effectively.
While continuing to generate billions in revenue from online advertising and digital services, the company has successfully integrated artificial intelligence into its core revenue streams.
